Q Tech Products' journey represents over 30 years of continuous tooling innovation, import substitution, and machining problem-solving.
Founded in Pondicherry as Veteran Tools. We started by manufacturing specialized defense components for General Optics Asia Ltd (GOAL) and providing precision grinding services for INDICARB carbide insert tooling.
Transitioned from job-work services to direct market manufacturing under the brand name QTECH. Began supplying standard and custom indexable toolholders and boring bars to regional automotive workshops.
Relocated and expanded manufacturing operations to Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, establishing Unit I at S.V. Nagar. Formalized the corporate identity as QTECH PRODUCTS with dedicated CNC machine tools.
Honored with the prestigious District Best Entrepreneur Award presented personally by then Deputy Chief Minister Thiru M.K. Stalin in recognition of outstanding industrial contributions and employment generation.
Commissioned the LMW J1 VMC with UCAM CNC rotary 4th axis alongside Solid Edge and CAM Pro software suites. Expanded production to complex multi-plane modular cutters and micro fine boring heads.
Audited and certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Cert: IN123783A) and awarded MSME ZED Bronze (Zero Defect, Zero Effect). Formalized sales office in Hosur to service Bengaluru and Hosur automotive clusters.
